Revoking a Notice Declaring Stopped Road at Totara Valley to be Dealt With as Crown Land

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Acting District Manager, Department of Lands, Christchurch, hereby revokes the declaration dated the 5th day of December 1988 and published in New Zealand Gazette, 15 December 1988, No. 214, page 5399, declaring the stopped road described in the Schedule shall be dealt with as Crown land.
