Proposed Cancellation of Registration of Union/ Employers Organisation for Failure to Deliver Annual Accounts

Pursuant to section 31 (2) of the Labour Relations Act 1987, it is hereby notified that the registration of the North Island Federated Herb Testers and Related Trades Employees Industrial Association of Workers, Registered No. 1963, situated at Hamilton, will be cancelled on the expiration of 30 days from the day after the date of the publication of this notice in the Gazette, unless a copy of the accounts together with a certificate signed by the Auditor in accordance with section 49 of this Act are forwarded to the Registrar.
