Proposed Cancellation of Registration of Union/ Employers Organisation for Failure to Deliver Annual Accounts
Pursuant to section 31 (2) of the Labour Relations Act 1987, it is hereby notified that the registration of the Hutt Valley and Wainuiomata Textile Supervisors and Foremen Industrial Union of Workers, Registered No. 2279, situated at Lower Hutt, will be cancelled on the expiration of 30 days from the day after the date of the publication of this notice in the Gazette, unless a copy of the accounts together with a certificate signed by the Auditor in accordance with section 49 of this Act are forwarded to the Registrar.

Redefining the Limits of Napier Harbour

His EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
Pursuant to section 3 of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport and by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby redefines the limits of the Harbour of Napier as shown on plan M.D. 16514, deposited in the office of the General Manager (Maritime Transport), Ministry of Transport, Wellington, and as more particularly described in the Schedule below.
The Warrant of 22 September 1902* defining the limits of Napier Harbour is hereby revoked.
Schedule
All that area of tidal waters enclosed by the arc of a circle of radius 3.5 nautical miles based on East Pier light in position 39Β° 28.77'S, 176Β° 53.74'E.
Traffic Regulations 1976
Approval of Motorcycle Safety Helmets in Terms of the Traffic Regulations 1976
Pursuant to subclause (1) of regulation 88 of the Traffic Regulations 1976 and pursuant to powers delegated to me by the Secretary of Transport by an instrument of delegation dated the 2nd day of November 1987, motorcycle safety helmets of the make and type described in the Schedule hereto are hereby approved for the purposes of regulation 31 of the said Regulations.
Schedule
Motorcycle safety helmets manufactured by Cross S.A. Belgium, in compliance with ECE Regulation 22.02, and marked or otherwise labelled accordingly, and bearing the model designations LZ2, LZ3, MX, MX3, CITY, and VS1.

Approval of Alternative Type of Seat Belt for Specified Class of Vehicle
Pursuant to regulation 78A of the regulation 90 (1) of the Traffic Regulations 1976 and pursuant to powers delegated to me by an instrument of delegation dated the 2nd day of November 1987, two point lap seat belts of an approved type are hereby approved for fitting to seating positions to the rear of the drivers seat in Citroen model 2CV vehicles.

Notice of Intention to Hold a Public Inquiry into Operation of a Transport Licence
Robert Wilbur Wright of 119 Abbots Way, Remuera
Take notice that pursuant to section 141 (2) of the Transport Act 1962, the No. 2 Transport District Licensing Authority (J. M. Foster), will hold a public inquiry into the manner of operation of the service conducted under Goods Transport Service Licence No. 17424 to determine whether it is in the public interest that the said licence held by Robert Wilbur Wright should be revoked suspended or varied.
The inquiry will be held in Room 8.4, Tribunals Division, District Court, Kingdon Street, Auckland on 15 May 1989, commencing at 10 a.m.
