Pursuant to section 103 of the Immigration Act 1987, His Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand has been pleased to appoint

Dr The Honourable Alan Martyn Finlay, Q.C. of Auckland to be the presiding member of the Deportation Review Tribunal for a term of 3 years on and from 1 April 1989 and appoint

Warwick John Heal, barrister and solicitor of Nelson, and
Finao ‘Ofa Kolo, education officer of Auckland
to be members of the Deportation Review Tribunal each for a term of 3 years on and from 1 April 1989.
