Land Acquired for Road in Block V, Cromwell Survey District, Vincent County and Revoking Previous Notices

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Lands, Dunedin:

(a) Pursuant to section 54, revokes the notice dated the 28th day of September 1988, published in The New Zealand Gazette of 27 October 1988, No. 180, at page 4232, declaring land to be road in Block V, Cromwell Survey District, Vincent County.

(b) Pursuant to section 20, declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road, which, pursuant to section 11 (1a) of the National Roads Act 1953, shall form part of State Highway No. 6, and shall vest in the Crown on the 9th day of March 1989.

Road Realignment in the Tuapeka County

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Lands, Dunedin:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in Tuapeka County Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped, and declares that:

(i) The areas marked ‘B’ and ‘C’ shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 269, folio 206.

(ii) The area marked ‘I’ shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 78, folio 165.
