Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Lands, Invercargill, declares that an agreement to that effect having been entered into the land firstly and secondly described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road, which, pursuant to section 11 (1A) of the National Roads Act 1953, shall form part of State Highway No. 6 and shall vest in the Crown on the 9th day of March 1989, and the land thirdly described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road, which, pursuant to section 11 (1A) of the National Roads Act 1953, shall form part of State Highway No. 94 and shall vest in the Crown on the 9th day of March 1989.

Amending a Notice Declaring Land Acquired for the Dunedin-Milton Motorway and Land held for the Dunedin-Milton Motorway to be Crown Land in the Borough of Green Island

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Lands, Dunedin, hereby amends the notice dated the 24th day of April 1986, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 1 May 1986, No. 66 at page 1893, registered as No. 656249 declaring land acquired for the Dunedin-Milton motorway and land held for the Dunedin-Milton motorway to be Crown land in the Borough of Green Island, by inserting in the third line of the notice the words and numbers “subject to a right of way created by transfer No. 211637” after the words “land described in the Schedule hereto”.
