Law Practitioners Act 1982
Order for Striking Off
Pursuant to section 119 of the Law Practitioners Act 1982, notice is hereby given that the New Zealand Law Practitioners Disciplinary Tribunal on the 31st day of October 1988 ordered that the name of Hugh Robin Lowe of Waikanae, barrister and solicitor, be struck off the Roll of Barristers and the Roll of Solicitors of the High Court of New Zealand, and further ordered that the said Hugh Robin Lowe pay to the New Zealand Law Society the sum of one thousand six hundred and sixty-five dollars ($1,665.00) in respect of the costs and expenses of and incidental to the inquiry by the Tribunal and pay the sum of two thousand seven hundred and seventy-five dollars ($2,775.00) to the Wellington District Law Society towards the costs and expenses of and incidental to the inquiry by its District Council. And the Tribunal further orders that the publication of the name of the practitioner or any material which might lead to the identification of the practitioner be prohibited.

And the Tribunal further orders that the publication of the name of the practitioner or any other person mentioned in the said charges and the particulars of the affairs of the practitioner and such persons or anything that might lead to their identification, be prohibited.
