resolution was passed by the Kaitaia Borough Council on the 22nd day of August 1989:

"That the Kaitaia Borough Council, noting that the land concerned is zoned Recreation A, now hereby resolves that in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the land held in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto shall be, and the same is hereby declared to be a reserve for the purpose specified at the end of the description of the said land within the meaning of the said Act."

2. The notices referred to in the First Schedule hereto are hereby revoked.
