Amending a Notice Declaring Crown Land Set Apart for Defence Purposes in Marlborough County

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Lands, Nelson, hereby amends the notice dated the 26th day of September 1989, and published in the Gazette of 5 October 1989, No. 176 at page 4874, declaring Crown land set apart for defence purposes in Marlborough County, by deleting from the Schedule the words “and VII” and substituting the words “... and VIII”.
