Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, to section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Acting District Solicitor of the Department of Lands, Hamilton, declares that, agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for limited access road which becomes road, limited access road and State highway (S. H. 1) and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.

Pursuant to sections 20 and 21 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Acting District Solicitor, Department of Lands, Hamilton, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for granting as compensation and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for soil conservation and river control purposes, and further declares the land described in the said Schedules shall vest in The Waikato Regional Council on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.

Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager of the Department of Lands, Hamilton declares the pieces of road described in the Schedule hereto to be stopped and further declares that:

(i) Area “T”, now known as Section 1, S.O. 56871, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 35B/169, subject to memorandum of mortgage S. 485196, South Auckland Land Registry,

(ii) Area “M”, now known as Section 2, S.O. 56871, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 35B/168, subject to memorandum of mortgage S. 485196, South Auckland Land Registry.
