Road Realignment in Thames-Coromandel District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager of the Department of Lands, Hamilton:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road which, pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, forms part of State Highway No. 25 and shall vest in the Crown.

(b) Pursuant to section 116, declares the piece of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped.
