Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation

Pursuant to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the use and benefit of the owners.

South Auckland Land District

All that piece of land situated in Block XV, Tauranga Survey District and described as follows:

6400 Part Ranginui No. 4 Block as is more particularly delineated on ML Plan No. 21963.

Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation

Pursuant to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation, as an extension to the marae on the adjoining block, such block being known as Parish of Pepepe, Lot 23A5 block, for the use and benefit of the descendants of Kerei Paki and Hori Paki.

3004 Lot 2 on D.P.S. 28705 and being Lots 23A7 and more 23A6, Parish of Pepepe saving and excepting as to the part formerly in certificate of title, Volume 61, folio 84, all mines beds veins seams and deposits of coal and cannel oil shale and fireclay as transferred by Transfer 46593 and contained in certificate of title, Volume 26C, folio 1443.

Redefining Purposes of Maori Reservation

Notice is hereby given that pursuant to section 439 (5) (c) of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the purposes for which the Maori reservation was in respect of the land described in the Schedule hereto, created by notice in the New Zealand Gazette on 8 November 1984, No. 204, page 4794 are hereby redefined as a meeting place and recreational ground for the common use and benefit of the people of Te Raki-O-Hokianga.

Notice is hereby given that pursuant to section 439 (5) (c) of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the purposes for which the Maori reservation was in respect of the land described in the Schedule hereto, created by notice in the New Zealand Gazette on 10 February 1966, No. 7, page 151, are hereby redefined as a place for bathing and for kaumatua housing as a health resort for the napu of Ngati Rorooterangi, Ngati Uenukukopako and Rangiteaorere.
