Mental Health Act 1969

Declaring Land Vested in the Crown to be Vested in the Wanganui Area Health Board

Pursuant to section 7 (2) of the Mental Health Act 1969 (as substituted by section 98 of the Area Health Boards Act 1983) and section 69 of the Area Health Boards Act 1983, I, Helen Elizabeth Clark, Minister of Health, with the consent of the Wanganui Area Health Board, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be vested in the Wanganui Area Health Board in fee simple for hospital purposes.

Schedule

1012 square metres, situated in the Borough of Marton, Wellington R.D., being Lot 4, Block XIV, D.P. 2150, being part Block VIII, Rangitikei District, and formerly part balance certificate of title, Volume 202, folio 262, Wellington Land Registry.
