ROYAL NEW ZEALAND NAVY

Commander D. N. Wood is appointed Provost Marshal of the RNZN with effect from 28 September 1989, vice Commander J. S. C. Clark.

Commander Michael David Lloyd, M.B.E., is placed on the Retired List with the rank of Captain with effect from 11 October 1989.
