Pursuant to section 20 and 21 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Acting District Solicitor, Department of Lands, Hamilton, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired subject to the drainage right created by transfer 160356, South Auckland Land Registry and together with the rights to convey water created by transfer H. 706453.1, South Auckland Land Registry, for granting as compensation, and shall vest in The Hauraki Catchment Board on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.
