Declaration That Lands be Reserves
Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977 and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Northland Regional Conservator, hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Kaitaia Borough Council on the 27th day of June 1989:

“That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Kaitaia Borough Council hereby resolves that the pieces of land held by the said Borough in fee-simple and hereby described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same are hereby, declared to be reserves for the purposes specified at the end of the respective descriptions of the said lands, within the meaning of the said Act.”
