Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Wellington Regional Conservator, hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Wellington City Council on the 11th day of May 1988.

"That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Wellington City Council hereby resolves that the pieces of land held by the said city in fee simple and, described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same are hereby, declared to be recreation reserves within the meaning of the said Act."
