Change of Classification of Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Northern Regional Manager, Department of Conservation, hereby changes the classification of the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, from a recreation reserve to a local purpose (community building) reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.

Declaration That Land is a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Wellington Regional Conservator, hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Wellington City Council on the 12th day of February 1988.

“That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Wellington City Council hereby resolves that the pieces of land held by the said city in fee simple and, described in the Schedule hereto, shall be and the same are hereby, declared to be recreation reserves within the meaning of the said Act.”
