Pursuant to regulation 9 (2) of the Surveyors Professional Regulations 1977, the following notice is hereby published.

Surveyors Examination

The New Zealand Acts and Regulations written examination will be held on Friday, 17 November 1989 at 9 a.m.

Applications, on the proper form together with the prescribed fee must reach the secretary of the board before 1 November 1989.

Application forms and information about the board’s requirements should be obtained from the undersigned.

The prescribed fee for the examination is $33.75 incl. GST.

I, Thomas Edwin Law, Senior Advisory Officer (Harbours Management), pursuant to section 7 of the Harbours Act 1950 and in exercise of powers delegated to me pursuant to sections 8 and 9 of the Ministry of Transport Act 1968, hereby appoint

Jennifer Alan Chirnside as a supervising officer for New Zealand.

Duncan Ewen Kennedy as a supervising officer for the Taranaki Region.

and hereby revoke the appointment of

Alan Buchanan Shearer as a supervising officer for the Ministry of Transport, New Plymouth District of the Central Region.

for the purposes of the Harbours Act 1950 and the Water Recreation Regulations 1979.
