The Hornby Licensing Trust Amendment Notice 1989

Pursuant to the Local Licensing Trusts Regulations*, the Minister of Justice hereby gives the following notice.

N o t i c e

1. This notice may be cited as the Hornby Licensing Trust Amendment Notice 1989.

2. The Hornby Licensing Trust Constitution Notice is amended by omitting paragraphs 4 and 5 of the Notice set out in the New Zealand Gazette, 1958, page 1855, and substituting the following paragraphs:

   “4. The area within which polls shall be taken for elections of members of the trust shall be the whole of the area delineated on S.O. Plan No. 18197, lodged with the Chief Surveyor of the Canterbury Land District.

   5. The area within which the Trust may expend or distribute profits, pursuant to subsection (1) of section 44 of the Licensing Trusts Act 1949, shall be the whole of the area delineated on S.O. Plan No. 18197, lodged with the Chief Surveyor of the Canterbury Land District.”
