Road Stopped in Waitomo District

Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager of the Department of Lands, Hamilton declares the pieces of road described in the Schedule hereto to be closed and that:

(i) Areas “I1” and “S1”, now known as Section 33, Block IX, Otanake Survey District and Section 34, Block IX, Otanake Survey District respectively, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, No. 41D/807, subject to memoranda of mortgage H. 669893.4 and H. 812310, South Auckland Land Registry.

(ii) Areas “W1”, “Y1” and “A2”, now known as Section 41, Block IX, Otanake Survey District, Section 42, Block IX, Otanake Survey District and Section 43, Block IX, Otanake Survey District respectively, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 895, folio 157, subject to memoranda of mortgage H. 585685.2 and H. 185830.6, South Auckland Land Registry.

(iii) Areas “L2” and “N2”, now known as Section 45, Block IX, Otanake Survey District and Section 46, Block IX, Otanake Survey District respectively, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 895, folio 158, subject to memoranda of mortgage H. 585685.2 and H. 185830.6, South Auckland Land Registry.
