Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Lands, Dunedin, hereby declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described firstly in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road and vested in The Waitaki County Council and pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981 and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Lands, Dunedin, declares the land described secondly in the Schedule hereto to be road and vested in The Waitaki County Council.

Amending a Notice Declaring Land Acquired for the Generation of Electricity in the Borough of Cromwell

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Lands, Dunedin, hereby amends the notice dated the 13th day of March 1989 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 23 March 1989, No. 55 at page 1244, declaring land acquired for the generation of electricity in the Borough of Cromwell by omitting all reference to the land twenty-fourly described in the Schedule.
