(b) Pursuant to section 116, declares the pieces of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped.

(c) Declares the land described in the Third Schedule hereto to be taken under section 119.

(d) Pursuant to sections 117 and 119 declares:

(i) The area of stopped road firstly described in the Second Schedule hereto and the area of land taken secondly described in the Third Schedule hereto, now known together as Allotment 785, Parish of Waimana, and the area of land taken firstly described in the Third Schedule hereto now known as Allotment 788, Parish of Waimana, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 34B/186, South Auckland Land Registry.

(ii) The area of stopped road secondly described in the Second Schedule hereto now known as Section 1, S.O. Plan 53498, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 833, folio 220, subject to statutory land charge S. 620071 and memoranda of mortgage H. 117645.3, H. 117645.4 and H. 692181, South Auckland Land Registry.

(iii) The area of stopped road thirdly described in the Second Schedule hereto and the area of land taken thirdly described in the Third Schedule hereto now known together as Allotment 786, Parish of Waimana and the area of stopped road fourthly described in the Second Schedule hereto now known as Allotment 787, Parish of Waimana, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 274/638, subject to memorandum of mortgage H. 356934.2, South Auckland Land Registry.

Amending a Notice Taking Land and Stopping Road in Otorohanga District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager of the Department of Lands, Hamilton hereby amends the notice dated the 15th day of May 1987, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 21 May 1987, No. 74, at page 2249, declaring land taken and road stopped in Otorohanga District by deleting the words “to be vested in Donald Samuel Bryant of Te Awamutu, farmer, subject to memorandum of mortgage No. H.6710066.2” and substituting the words “shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 43A/661, subject to memorandum of mortgage H. 671066.2”.
