Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Acting District Solicitor, Department of Lands, Hamilton, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for soil conservation and river control purposes and shall vest in The Hauraki Catchment Board on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.

All that piece of land containing 1900 square metres, situated in Block XII, Thames Survey District, being part Lot 1, D.P. S. 38785; as shown marked “C” on S.O. Plan 56902, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton.

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Acting District Solicitor of the Department of Lands, Hamilton, hereby amends the declaration published in New Zealand Gazette, 7 May 1987, No. 65 at page 2021, by deleting from clause (e) the registered S. 421715 and substituting S. 346510; and by deleting from clause (f) “6 July 1986” and substituting “6 July 1966”.

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager of the Department of Lands, Hamilton hereby amends the notice dated the 20th day of August 1986 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 28 August 1986, No. 134, at page 3632, declaring land to be road, road stopped and amalgamated in Waitomo District by:

(i) Deleting “H. 622401.2” from paragraph (b) (ii) and substituting “H. 810179.5 and H. 810179.6, to statutory land charge H. 810179.7.”

(ii) Deleting “H. 611031.4” from paragraph (b) (iv) and substituting “H. 781273”.

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager of the Department of Lands, Hamilton hereby amends the notice dated the 7th day of December 1988, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 15 December 1988, No. 214 at page 5401, realigning road in Otorohanga District by deleting the words “memorandum of mortgage H. 512882 and H. 300206.3” from paragraph (c) (ii) and substituting the words “memorandum of mortgage H. 850171.4”.
