Land to be Set Apart and Acquired for the Generation of Electricity in Blocks II and V, Hunua Survey District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Acting District Solicitor, Department of Lands, Wellington declares that:

(a) Pursuant to section 52, the land described in the Schedule hereto to be set apart for the generation of electricity and shall remain vested in the Crown.

(b) Pursuant to section 20, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for the generation of electricity and shall vest in The Taumarunui Borough Council on the 3rd day of August 1989.

Land Acquired for Granting as Compensation in the Borough of Paeroa

Pursuant to sections 20 and 21 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Acting District Solicitor of the Department of Lands, Hamilton, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for the purpose of granting it in part satisfaction of compensation payable for land acquired for soil conservation and river control purposes, and shall vest in The Hauraki Catchment Board on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.

Road Stopped in Raglan County

Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager of the Department of Lands, Hamilton declares the pieces of road described in the Schedule hereto to be stopped, further declares that:

(i) Areas “K”, “R”, “B” and “A”, now known as Section 1, S.O. 48314, Section 1, S.O. 48315, Section 1, S.O. 48318 and Section 1, S.O. 51672 respectively, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 27A/763, subject to memorandum of mortgage H. 486913, to coal mining licence H. 368205, to transfer S101748 (twice appearing on the said certificate of title), and subject, as to Lot 3, D.P. 29468, to a reservation in favour of Her Majesty the Queen, and to all other persons lawfully engaged in working the minerals, mineral oils, gas, metals, coal or stone, a right of ingress, egress and regress; South Auckland Land Registry.

(ii) Area “B”, now known as Section 2, S.O. 51672, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 27A/762, subject to memorandum of mortgage H. 402584.2 and to notice H. 442662 settling the land as a Joint Family Home, South Auckland Land Registry.
