Cornwall Park Bylaws Empowering Bill

Notice of Private Bill

The Cornwall Park Trust Board (Inc), hereby gives notice of its intention to apply for leave to introduce the above-mentioned private bill during the present session of Parliament.

The objects of the bill are:

  1. To empower the Cornwall Park Trust Board to make bylaws with respect to Cornwall Park.
  2. To deem certain bylaws purported to be made pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953 by the Board to be valid and remain valid until replaced by new bylaws.

These objects cannot be attained otherwise than by legislation.

The promoter of the bill is the Cornwall Park Trust Board (Inc).

Communications or notices to the promoter may be sent to Messrs Phillips Nicholson, Solicitors, Fourteenth Floor, Quay Tower, corner Customs and Albert Streets, Auckland (P.O. Box 160, Auckland 1).

A copy of the bill may be inspected at the offices set out below during normal office hours on any working day:
