Notice is given that the authority at its meeting held on 15 May 1989 resolved as follows:

Revocation of Declaration of Regional Road Improvement Land

In pursuance of the powers vested in it by section 373 of the Local Government Act 1974 and of any and very other power enabling it in that behalf the Auckland Regional Authority hereby resolves that it be declared and it is hereby declared that areas of lands described in the Schedule hereto previously declared to be road improvement land are no longer required to be road improvement land.
