Declaring Land and a Right of Way Easement in Gross at Puketutu to be Acquired for Railway Purposes

Pursuant to sections 24 and 30 of the New Zealand Railways Corporation Act 1981 and section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Chief Executive of the New Zealand Railways Corporation hereby declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into:

(a) the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for and on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen for railway purposes.

(b) a right of way easement in gross over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto containing the rights and powers set forth in clause 1 of the Seventh Schedule to the Land Transfer Act 1952 is hereby acquired for and on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen for railway purposes.

All that piece of land containing 3300 square metres, situated in Block VII, Otanake Survey District being part Puketutu A1A Block; as shown marked ‘D’ on plan L.O. 35920 (S.O. 57595), lodged in the office of the New Zealand Railways Corporation at Wellington.

Land Subject to a Right of Way Easement in Gross

Both those pieces of land situated in Block V, Pakaumanu, Survey District described as follows:

As shown, marked as above mentioned on plan L.O. 35919 (S.O. 57589), lodged in the office of the New Zealand Railways Corporation at Wellington.

Declaring Railway Land at Waimangaroa to be Road

Pursuant to sections 24 and 30 of the New Zealand Railways Corporation Act 1981 and section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Chief Executive of the New Zealand Railways Corporation, with the prior written consent of the Minister of Railways, declares as road the land described in the Schedule hereto which, pursuant to section 11 (1)(a) of the National Roads Act 1953, shall form part of State Highway 67, and shall remain vested in the Crown.
