Pursuant to sections 24 and 30 of the New Zealand Railways Corporation Act 1981 and section 52 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Chief Executive of the New Zealand Railways Corporation hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be set apart for and on behalf Her Majesty the Queen for railway purposes.

Declaring Land and a Right of Way Easement in Gross at Puketutu to be Acquired for Railway Purposes
Pursuant to sections 24 and 30 of the New Zealand Railways Corporation Act 1981 and section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Chief Executive of the New Zealand Railways Corporation hereby declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into:
(a) the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for and on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen for railway purposes.
(b) a right of way easement in gross over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto containing the rights and powers set forth in clause 1 of the Seventh Schedule to the Land Transfer Act 1952 is hereby acquired for and on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen for railway purposes.

Declaring Railway Land at Waimangaroa to be Road
Pursuant to sections 24 and 30 of the New Zealand Railways Corporation Act 1981 and section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Chief Executive of the New Zealand Railways Corporation, with the prior written consent of the Minister of Railways, declares as road the land described in the Schedule hereto which, pursuant to section 11 (1)(a) of the National Roads Act 1953, shall form part of State Highway 67, and shall remain vested in the Crown.
