Land Acquired for Road in Thames-Coromandel District

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Acting District Solicitor, Department of Lands, Hamilton, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road which, pursuant to section 11 (1A) of the National Roads Act 1953, shall form part of State Highway No. 25 and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.

Amending a Notice Relating Road in Taupo District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager of the Department of Lands, Hamilton, hereby amends the notice dated 4 May 1989, published in the Gazette, No. 81 of 11 May 1989 at page 1891, realigning road in Taupo District by:

(i) Omitting from paragraph (c) the words “renewable lease RLF 1020 recorded in register book No. 5C/107” and substituting “deferred payment licence DPF 2112 recorded in register book No. 23D/874”.

(ii) Inserting “H. 807066.1,” after the word “mortgage” in paragraph (c).
