Pursuant to sections 20 and 50 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager of the Department of Lands, Hamilton, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for the purposes of a road, and that the land in both Schedules shall vest in The Waikato County Council on the date of publication.

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager of the Department of Lands, Auckland, declares that, an agreement having been entered into, between Koheroa Farm Limited as registered proprietors, and the Crown dated the 15th day of April 1983, a copy of which is held in the office of the Department of Lands, Hamilton, the easement described in the said agreement is hereby acquired for soil conservation and river control purposes over the land described in the First Schedule hereto and shall vest in The Waikato Catchment Board on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.
