Revocation of the Reservation Over Reserves Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Deputy Director-General (Resource Protection) of the Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation as recreation and local purpose (public utility) reserve over the lands specified in the Schedule hereto and further, declares that the said lands may be disposed of by the Marlborough County Council at current market value, the proceeds from any such sales to be paid into the council's reserves account, such monies to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves in the vicinity.

Revocation of Appointment to Control and Manage a Reserve and Vesting of the Reserve in the Gimmerburn Recreation Association Incorporated

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Southern Regional Manager, Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the appointment of the Gimberburn Recreation Reserve Board to control and manage the Gimberburn recreation reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, and further, vests the said reserve in fee simple in the Gimberburn Recreation Association Incorporated in trust, for a recreation reserve subject to the provisions of the said Act.

Classification of Reserve and Appointment to Control and Manage

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Northern Regional Manager, Department of Conservation, hereby classifies the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, as a recreation reserve and further pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, appoints the management committee of the Whirinaki Recreation and Cultural Centre to control and manage the said reserve, as a recreation reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.
