Declaration That Land is a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Manager, Canterbury, hereby notifies that in accordance with section 14 (4) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Heathcote County Council by a resolution dated 25 February 1985, declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be a recreation reserve within the meaning of the said Act.

177.8191 hectares, more or less. All certificate of title 25F/638. Situated in Block XV, Christchurch Survey District, Blocks III and IV, Halswell Survey District, being Lot 2 and parts Lot 1 and Lot 3, D.P. 28705. Part declared protected land, pursuant to section 6, Summit Road (Canterbury) Protection Act 1963. Subject to right of way over part Lot 3, D.P. 28705, granted by T. 920309, land improvement agreement under section 30A, Soil Conservation and Rivers Control Act 1941, right to drain water over part Lot 3, D.P. 28705, granted by T. 395226/1, and right to convey water, drain water and sewage, and to convey electric power and telephonic communications over part Lot 3, D.P. 28705 granted by T. 442996/1.

Public Works Act 1981

Land Declared to be Road, Road Stopped in the County of Waiapu

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Lands, Gisborne:

(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land described in the First Schedule to be road and vested in the Crown and pursuant to section 11 (1A) of the National Roads Act 1953, shall form part of State Highway No. 35.

(b) Pursuant to section 116 (1), declares the road described in the Second Schedule to be stopped.

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Lands, Dunedin:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in The Silverpeaks County Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 9B/522 (limited as to parcels).
