Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Director of Recreation and Tourism of the Department of Conservation hereby revokes the reservation as a recreation reserve over the land described in the Schedule hereto, and further, declares that the said land may be disposed of by the Manukau City Council at current market value, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into council’s reserves trust account, such monies to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of the council, or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.

Transfer of Unformed Legal Road in Blocks X and XI, Mount Robinson Survey District, Manawatu County

Pursuant to section 323 of the Local Government Act 1974, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Director-General of Lands hereby declares that the land, described in the Schedule hereto, has been transferred to the Crown by the Manawatu County Council, pursuant to the said section 323, and on the publication of this notice the said land shall be deemed to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

Public Works Act 1981

A Secondary Use Granted Over Part Repanga (Cuvier) Island

Pursuant to section 191 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Conservation declares that, the Ministry of Transport is hereby granted as a secondary use a right of access over the landing point, footpath and emergency helicopter landing area as shown on Ministry of Works and Development Plan SVY 4599 R1, a copy of which may be inspected at the office of the Department of Lands at Auckland, file No. 12/89, such right to be ancillary to the operation of the lighthouse.

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Wellington, the Acting District Solicitor, Department of Lands, Wellington, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired subject to the rights of way created by transfer No. 29996, Nelson Land Registry, for a technical institute and shall vest in the Crown on the 29th day of June 1989.
