Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Director of Recreation and Tourism of the Department of Conservation hereby revokes the reservation as a recreation reserve over the land described in the Schedule hereto, and further, declares that the said land may be disposed of by the Southland County Council in such manner; at such price and on such terms and conditions as the council shall determine, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the general funds of the council and used for the development of the Tokanui Hall.

Declaration that Land is a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Manager, Department of Conservation, Wanganui hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Wanganui County Council on the 1st day of June 1989:

"That in exercise of the power conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Wanganui County Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the said County Council on a deferred payment licence and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby, declared to be a recreation reserve within the meaning of the said Act."

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Northern Regional Manager, Department of Conservation hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Pukekohe Borough Council on the 26th day of October 1988 to declare the land in the Schedule hereto to be a local purpose reserve (accessway):
