Amending a Notice Acquiring Land for Office Accommodation in the Borough of Blenheim

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Acting District Solicitor, Department of Lands, Wellington hereby amends the notice dated the 28th day of April 1986 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 1 May 1986, No. 66 at page 1896, acquiring land for office accommodation in the Borough of Blenheim by omitting the Schedule and substituting the following:

“932 square metres, situated in the Borough of Blenheim, being part Section 1, District of Omaka and also being part D.P. 66 and Lot 1, D.P. 2642. All certificate of title Volume 61, folio 27, Marlborough Land Registry, appurtenant to Lot 1, D.P. 2642 is the right of way over the part of Allotment 451, Town of Blenheim (C.T. 53/12), coloured blue on the plan hereto as set out in application 500. Subject to the conditions contained in the consent of the Corporation of the Borough of Blenheim endorsed on D.P. 296 in respect of the right of way shown thereon.”
