Change of Classification of Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Northern Regional Manager, Department of Conservation, hereby changes the classification of that part of the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, from a recreation reserve to a local purpose (museum) reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.

Amendment to a Notice Classifying Reserve

Pursuant to section 6 (3) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Regional Manager of the Department of Conservation acting under delegated authority from the Minister of Conservation hereby amends an error in the notice of classification dated 8 March 1989 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 16 March 1989, No. 49, page 1127, by omitting from the Schedule of the said notice “Crown land by New Zealand Gazette, 1981, page 1511” and inserting in its place “Recreation reserve by New Zealand Gazette, 1983, page 3169”.
