Reserves Act 1977

Declaration That Land is a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Northern Regional Manager, Department of Conservation hereby notifies that in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Kaitaia Borough Council passed the following resolution on the 1st day of November 1988:

'That the Kaitaia Borough Council being the registered proprietor of Section 1, S.O. Plan 62070, containing 107 square metres, comprised in C.T. 694/427 (hereinafter referred to as the “land”) hereby resolves in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977 that the aforesaid land be, and the same is hereby declared to be a “Local Purpose” (esplanade) reserve within the meaning of the said Act'.

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Northern Regional Manager, Department of Conservation hereby notifies that in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Whangarei City Council passed the following resolution on the 1st day of September 1958:

'That, pursuant to section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the land described as 680 square metres, being Lot 1 on L.T. Plan 123891 which is a subdivision of the land in certificate of title 1521/46, (situated at 48 Maunu Road) be hereby declared to be local purpose reserve (esplanade)'.
