Declaring Land to be Crown Land in Block X, Waitapu Survey District

Pursuant to section 42 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the building line restriction imposed by resolution 161968.3 subject to the Land Act 1948.

All that piece of land containing 726 square metres, situated in Block X, Waitapu Survey District, being Lot 10, D.P. 8863. All Gazette notice No. 181147. Nelson Land Registry.

Amending a Notice Declaring Land to be Crown Land in the City of Wellington

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands hereby amends the notice dated the 10th day of December 1987 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 17 December 1987, No. 228 at page 6127 declaring land to be Crown land in the City of Wellington by omitting the following:

"Pursuant to section 42 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948"

and substituting the following:

"Pursuant to section 42 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948 subject to the Rights of Way created by Transfers 241694 and 272835 over the part Lot 2 appurtenant to Lots 3 and 4 respectively."

Pursuant to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a meeting house for the common use and benefit of the beneficial owners of Whirinaki No. 1, Section 2K No. 1.
