Maori Land Development Notice

Pursuant to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives notice as follows:

N o t i c e

1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Rotorua 1988, No. 4.

2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby revoked by omitting all reference to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.

3. The lands described in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby released from Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.

Declaring Maori Freehold Land to be Excluded From a Maori Reservation

Pursuant to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be excluded from the Maori Reservation known as part Whakapoungakau No. 15B Sec 10 constituted by Order in Council dated the 10th day of February 1966 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, Volume 7, page 151.

New Zealand Railways Corporation Act 1981

Declaring Land at Onehunga to be Acquired for Railway Purposes

Pursuant to sections 24 and 30 of the New Zealand Railways Corporation Act 1981 and section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the General Manager of the New Zealand Railways Corporation hereby declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for and on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen for railway purposes.
