Declaration That Land is a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Northern Regional Manager, Department of Conservation hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Auckland City Council on the 10th day of December 1987.

"That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Auckland City Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the said city in fee-simple and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby, declared to be a local purpose (off street parking) reserve within the meaning of the said Act."

North Auckland Land District—Auckland City

6326 square metres, more or less, being Sections 762, 763, 764 and 765, Town of Orakei, City of Auckland. All certificate of title 51D/679.

Classification of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Northern Regional Manager, Department of Conservation hereby classifies the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto as a recreation reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.

North Auckland Land District—Bay of Islands County

2.2864 hectares, more or less, being Sections 28 and 29, Block VII, Kawakawa Survey District (S.O. Plan 28595).

"That, in the exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Glen Eden Borough Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the said borough in fee simple and described in the First Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby, declared to be a Local Purpose (Accessway) Reserve within the meaning of the said Act, and furthermore that the piece of land held by the said borough in fee simple and described in the Second Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby, declared to be a Local Purpose (Flood Retention) Reserve within the meaning of the said Act."

North Auckland Land District—Glen Eden Borough

769 square metres, more or less, being Lot 5, L.T. 107950. Part certificate of title 52D/1273 and part certificate of title 13C/236.

Second Schedule

North Auckland Land District—Glen Eden Borough

635 square metres, more or less, being Lot 6, L.T. 107950. Part certificate of title 13C/236.

Declaring Land in a Roadway Laid Out in Block XII, Rotorua Survey District, Rotorua District, to be Road

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to section 421 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, The Most Reverend Sir Paul Alfred Reeves, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto and comprised in a roadway laid out by the Maori Land Court by an order dated the 27th day of October 1960, to be road, and to be vested in The Rotorua District Council.

All that piece of land containing 101 square metres, situated in Block XII, Rotorua Survey District, being part Waiteiti 2A1B2B Roadway, as shown marked "B" on S.O. Plan 53435, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton.
