Reappointing a Director of the Reserve Bank of New Zealand

At Wellington this 2nd day of May 1988

Present:
His Excellency THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE GOVERNMENT IN COUNCIL

Pursuant to the Reserve Bank of New Zealand Act 1964, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby reappoints Margaret Wilson of Wellington as a Director of the Reserve Bank of New Zealand, to hold office during pleasure for a term of 3 years from the 11th day of May 1988.

Reserves Act 1977

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation the Director of Land and Fauna hereby revokes the reservation over the land described in the Schedule hereto, and further, declares that the said land may be disposed of by the Riccarton Borough Council in such manner, at such price and on such terms and conditions as the Council shall determine, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the general funds of the Council.

Canterbury Land District—Riccarton Borough

574 square metres, more or less, being Lot 2, D.P. 16041, situated in Block XI, Christchurch Survey District. All certificate of title 547/237.

Dated at Wellington this 4th day of May 1988.
