Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired, subject to restrictive and fencing covenants in transfer H.057083.1, subject to and together with the benefit of appurtenant rights of way created by transfer S.629518 and subject to private drain certificate H.406044.1, South Auckland Land Registry, for the purposes of the Fire Service Act 1975, and shall vest in The New Zealand Fire Service Commission on the 21st day of January 1988.

Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development, declares the parts of road described in the Schedule hereto to be stopped and declares that the stopped road (now known as Section 1, S.O. 5578; Section 1, S.O. 5579 and Section 2, S.O. 5579 respectively) shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 4D/866, subject to section 5 of the Mining Act 1971 and section 5 of the Coal Mines Act 1979; also lease 164637.1, in the Gisborne Land Registry.
