Land Acquired for Road in the City of Manukau

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road which shall vest in The Manukau City Council on the 21st day of April 1988.

Declaring Land in a Roadway Laid Out in Block XII, Rotorua Survey District, to be Road

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to section 421 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, the Most Reverend Sir Paul Alfred Reeves, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto and comprised in a roadway laid out by the Maori Land Court by an order dated the 27th day of October 1960 to be road, and to be vested in The Rotorua District Council.

All that piece of land containing 101 square metres, situated in Block XII, Rotorua Survey District, being part Waiteti 2A1B2B Roadway; as shown marked ‘B’ on S.O. Plan 53435, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton.
