Vesting of a Reserve in the Raglan County Council

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Waikato Regional Manager of the Department of Conservation hereby vests the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto in The Raglan County Council in trust for local purpose reserve (esplanade).

Change of the Classification of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Waikato Regional Manager of the Department of Conservation hereby changes the classification of the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, from a recreation reserve to a local purpose (esplanade) reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.
