Conservation

Reserves Act 1977

Declaration that Land is Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Waikato Regional Manager of the Department of Conservation hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Hamilton City Council on the 10th day of September 1987.

"That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Hamilton City Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the said city in fee simple and, described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby, declared to be a local purpose (electricity) reserve within the meaning of the said Act."
