Amending an Order in Council Making the Glenbrook Peninsula Irrigation Order 1986

At Wellington this 28th day of March 1988

Present:
His EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, His
Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby amends
the Order in Council dated the 15th day of December 1986,
and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 15 January
1987, No. 1, at page 2, making the Glenbrook Peninsula
Irrigation Order 1986 pursuant to section 208 of the Public
Works Act 1981, firstly by deleting clause 9 and substituting
the following clause:

“9. Each land title within the District which is the subject of
a water availability agreement will be allocated at least one
unit of water for each hectare of irrigable land included in
the District and will be liable for the annual charge of
$1,110 per unit whether or not the full 3000 cubic metres
is used.”

and secondly by adding the following property to the First Schedule:
