Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation

Pursuant to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a papa kainga and urupa for the common use and benefit of Ngati Tahu Tribe.

New Zealand Railways Corporation Act 1981

Declaring Railway Land at Christchurch to be Disposed of and Vested in the Christchurch City Council for the Supply of Electricity

Pursuant to sections 24 and 30 of the New Zealand Railways Corporation Act 1981 and section 50 of the Public Works Act 1981, the General Manager of the New Zealand Railways Corporation with the prior written consent of the Minister of Railways hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be disposed of and vested in the Christchurch City Council for the supply of electricity.

Amending a Notice Declaring Railway Land at Southbrook to be Crown Land

Canterbury Land District—Rangiora District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981 and sections 10 and 30 of the New Zealand Railways Act 1981, the General Manager of the New Zealand Railways Corporation hereby amends the notice dated the 2nd day of October 1987, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 8 October 1987, No. 174, page 4635, by deleting from the Schedule thereto the words "Deeds Index 6 c/s 277 (Conveyance 45328)" and substituting in their place the words "Gazette, 1986, p. 1903, G.N. C718338/1."
