Land Acquired for Road in the Borough of Mount Eden

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road which shall vest in The Mount Eden Borough Council on the 24th day of March 1988.

All that piece of land containing 52 square metres, situated in the Borough of Mount Eden, being part Lot 2, D.P. 34244; as shown marked “A” on S.O. Plan 60956, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland.

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for the Auckland–Waiwera Motorway which shall vest in the Crown on the 24th day of March 1988.

Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be road which shall vest in The Rotorua District Council.

Land Acquired for Road in Block XVI, Coromandel Survey District, Block V, Hastings Survey District, Block I, Whitianga and Block X, Otama Survey District, Thames – Coromandel District

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road which pursuant to section 11 (1)(a) of the National Roads Act 1953, shall form part of State Highway No. 25 and shall vest in the Crown on the 24th day of March 1988.
