Notice of Special Resolution Altering the Memorandum of Association

Notice is hereby given that, on the 3rd day of March 1988, all the above-named companies intend to propose and pass by means of a memorandum in writing, signed for the purposes of becoming an entry in the minute book, pursuant to the provisions of section 362 of the Companies Act 1955, the special resolution altering the provisions of the memorandum of each of the companies with respect to the objects and powers of the companies, the text of which is as follows:

"That, pursuant to sections 18 (1) (a) and 18 (1) (c) of the Companies Act 1955, the memorandum of association of the company be altered by omitting all the stated objects of the company and all the provisions with respect to the powers of the company; and that the company have all the rights, powers and privileges of a natural person (including the powers referred to in subsection 1 (a) to (h) of section 15A of the Companies Act 1955)."
