Notice is hereby given that, on the 7th day of March 1988, the company intends to propose and pass by means of a memorandum in writing, signed for the purpose of becoming an entry in the minute book of the company, pursuant to the provisions of section 362 of the Companies Act 1955, a special resolution altering the memorandum of association of the company with respect to the objects and powers of the company, the text of which is as follows:
